Katie is a California girl at heart, although she spent most of her life in the small town of Ashland, Oregon. She graduated from Southern Oregon University with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Shakespearean Studies, then promptly moved to Los Angeles. Katie loves math, thanks to her parents relentless efforts to make her work harder. She also loves playing with her cat, watching Doctor Who, and going to Disneyland as often as she can.

Gustavo was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. His family moved to Los Angeles when he was two years old. Gustavo graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in English. Gustavo enjoys helping students write their essays and writing essays himself. Gustavo also loves playing with his dogs, watching football, and exploring new places.

Miguel was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Economics. His favorite subjects encompass math, history, and Economics (shocking, right?). When he is not helping a student, he is often at the theater watching a movie.
